The disadvantages of Magic

Generally, people would think magic is good staff in Darkfall game. With it, you can fire the targets. However, it comes as a surprise to learn that magic does come with its disadvantages. To cast most of spells in darkfall game need a reagent or component while the starter spells are an exception. That means the life of mage can be costly, and it is a hard road to skill up spells. Compare with the speed of arrows, spells generally travel slower through the air, so it is easier to dodge than arrows. After a promising start, magic tend to fizzle out when you are wearing heavy armor. But don’t be disappointed. If you are able to skill an armored magic up, this is no longer a problem.
