Yssam

The continent northeast of Agon is a wild land of airless heat and heavy rains. The cities of a declined culture are slowly being restored while the one-time destroyers sleep within the walls of the fortress. In the depths terrible monsters linger around for their game. This is Yssam. The ruins buried the memory of once-prosperous Yssam inhabited by the Ithwen--a race of elves. They used stones to build houses and paid no special tribute to the nature. But the ruins still show the achievement of an advanced civilization.
Yssam's ruins do not have a long history, compared to that of the Agon's mainland. It seems that all cities of Ithwen were given up simultaneously and it was some eighty years ago. Towers were pulled down, houses were set on fire, and the huge marks of a reptile's claws were seen everywhere.
The bones of elves died many years ago still scattered around the plain. Moss has covered them thickly over the years.
